Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on these pages lead to live booking pages. Reserve a tour through one and a small commission may come back to this site. What you pay does not change by a rupiah. No operator, from a dive center to a private driver, can pay for a better spot.
This Site Lists, Operators Run
Nothing on this website is operated by it. Every one of the 23 trips listed belongs to the company that runs it: Trip Gotik - Bali Tours and TripGuru behind several day tours, INDO COMPASS BALI and Sanctum Dive Nusa Penida handling in-water experiences, Golden Horizon and Bluuu Tours with the yacht journeys, Gede Prema and Seminyak Tour Driver Bali among the private guides. This site owns no boats, employs no drivers, and holds no stake in any of them. When a booking goes through, the transaction happens entirely on the live listing page, with payment and confirmation handled there.
A Guide, Not A Boat Ticket
Each tour card on this site points to a live booking page, and most of those links carry a partner tag. The pages behind them sit on established booking platforms, and that holds across all four categories: full-day island tours, manta ray and snorkeling trips, private car hire, and yacht, diving and multi-day journeys. When someone completes a booking after arriving through a tagged link, the platform pays this site a fee. Nothing is added to what the traveller pays. Open the same listing directly, without the tag, and the checkout figure is the same.
Not every link earns money. Some point to official sources such as fast boat schedules for the Sanur to Nusa Penida crossing, where crossings commonly run 30 to 45 minutes depending on the operator and sea conditions, plus harbour information and other reference material. Those links carry no tag and generate no payment of any kind. They are there because a reader planning the journey benefits from timetable details regardless of which tour they eventually pick. Following them or skipping them makes no difference to this site.
The commission model works like this: an operator and a booking platform agree on a fee, and when a booking originates from an affiliate link, part of that fee reaches this site. The traveller's receipt shows the standard price, no more. That income funds the hosting, the writing and the upkeep. There are no banner advertisements and no paid placements anywhere. A dive center offering beginner try-dives, a driver hiring out a private car, a yacht operator with premium trips: all were listed on the same terms, and all pay the same rate on a completed booking. Placement on these pages cannot be purchased.
Links That Earn Nothing
Plenty of what goes into a day on the island earns this site nothing. Buy a fast boat ticket at the Sanur counter in person, or sort out a driver after the roro from Padangbai ties up, and no commission reaches these pages. The ferry company keeps its fare, and vehicle tickets are sold at the port itself. Of the 23 trips listed, several pick guests up from a Bali hotel and others start at the harbour; the listing states which for each one. Durations swing from a three to four hour private boat snorkel up to a twelve-hour all-inclusive day, and a rough crossing can rewrite any schedule faster than a timetable can. Age limits, swimming requirements and waiver terms belong to each operator, Smile Nusa Penida and Golden Horizon included, and they vary trip by trip. Nothing without a bookable listing ever receives a card, and where a direct option beats a commission-paying one, the direct option still gets named.
What Money Cannot Buy
- Full listings only. Every card corresponds to a real, bookable tour, from a four-hour non-certified try-dive with manta rays to a two-day trip with accommodation and meals included. Review totals are shown as the operators publish them, including the modest ones. A west coast private guided tour with 57 reviews displays that honest count, not an inflated figure.
- Order on the page. Ranking within a category follows published review numbers and nothing else. A premium yacht and manta day with 10,655 reviews stands on that record, and a two-island tour carrying 25 reviews still holds its place beside it. No fee has shifted either position, and no fee ever will.
- How operators are described. Ratings and review counts on the cards come straight from the live listings, so the all-inclusive day trip shows its 4.6 rating across 2,310 reviews exactly as recorded. Durations appear as stated too, from a three-hour private boat snorkeling charter to a twelve-hour all-inclusive day.
- What gets left out. Outings without enough reviews to mean much, plus near-duplicate listings wearing different titles. Four categories remain: day tours, manta snorkeling, private car and custom trips, and yacht, diving and multi-day travel.
Where The Card Figures Come From
Every figure on a card comes from the live listing at the time that card was written. The 4.7 rating and 8370 reviews on the East & West Highlights tour, the 12-hour span of Rukmana Bali Tour's all-inclusive day trip, the 3 to 4 hours on Nice Trip Nusa Penida's private boat charter: all carried across exactly as the operator published them. No rounding, no averaging across operators, no quiet push toward a favourite. Prices shift with season and demand, so the number to trust before payment is the one on the live booking page.
Same Price, Two Paths
Booking through a link on this site never adds a cent to what you would pay the operator yourself, and every page works whether or not you click anything. The FAQ answers questions for people who never book, and the guides hold the same detail for both kinds of reader.
Spot a figure that no longer matches its listing, or a Nusa Penida trip this roster is missing: say so here. The about page explains the reasoning behind the selection.
